Young Music Talents in Europe (YMTE) is a non-profit membership association founded in 2018. It brings together specialised schools and organisations that combine general education with high-level musical training.

The organisation was established following years of informal collaboration between leading European institutions, formalising a shared commitment to supporting young musical talents and strengthening cooperation across borders.
